How to contact Cash Support about a missing payout in the Cash App:
1. Open the Cash App
2. Click your profile photo in the top left corner
3. Scroll down and click on "Cash Support"
4. Select what you need assistance with. If you do not see what you need help with, please select Something Else at the bottom of the page
5. From there, select Receiving a Payment -> Missing Payment
6. If this still hasn't solved your issue, scroll down to the phrase Need More Help? And click on Contact Support

Please be as detailed as possible with your inquiry by providing them with the following details:
1. $Cashtag associated to your account (if we sent your payouts to an old $Cashtag, please provide your old $Cashtag and new $Cashtag)
2. The exact amount(s) that are missing
3. The date of the transaction
