If your market is offering the New Courier Milestone, please read below to learn more about locating your activation timestamp.
There are two ways you can locate the date and time your account was activated.
1). An email with the subject "Congrats! Your courier account has been activated!" Please look for the exact date and time this email was sent as this is the start of the milestone counter.
2). The very first time you receive a text message that starts with "Congrats, your courier account has been activated..." The date and time this text message was sent is the start of the milestone counter.
See below for an example:
Q: My account was activated on 4/22/18 at 10:32am. I am a courier delivering in San Francisco and the New Courier Milestone states that I have to complete 4 orders within 5 days of activation date. When will this milestone expire?
A: The New Courier Milestone will expire on 4/27/2018 at 10:32am. Any orders accepted after the expiration date will not count towards the milestone completion.
**Please note that the same concept applies to the First Month Milestone.
