Remember, your login information should only be submitted when logging into the courier app or the courier profile page. If you receive an unsolicited email or text message and are asked to confirm or provide login information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to Caviar using our Contact Form.
** Please note that our Courier Support and Cash Support Team communicates solely via email (phone support is currently unavailable). Additionally, Cash App personnel will never solicit your PIN or Sign-In code outside of the app.
