How to Switch Regions on the App

Couriers with Caviar can work in any of the regions in which we operate. Couriers on the latest available releases of the apps will be able to self-serve and switch between service regions within the same US state. 

If you’d like to switch regions outside of your state, please contact our support team via Live Chat, who will be able to make the switch for you.

1). Open the Courier App. Under Preferences, select Service Region. 
 

2). Choose your service region. Make sure the service region is in bold (Sacramento). Click the arrow at the top left corner to go back to the home screen. Tap "Go Online" and your region will automatically update.
