At Caviar, our diners expect door to door service. Diners may also include special delivery notes you can view in the app such as apartment numbers or other instructions to get to the diners door. If you do not see any special instructions and cannot access the diners door directly, please call the diner to coordinate the drop off.
To ensure the smoothest drop off, please make sure you have your ID for building entry. If you cannot locate the customer, please text Courier Support in the app and they will help you with next steps. If the diner has an issue with the order, please refer them to the Diner Service Team.
