Unable to Complete an Assigned Order

By accepting an order, you’re agreeing to use reasonable means to meet the pickup and deliver on time. In the case of an emergency when you are unable to get to the restaurant or diner on time, please notify Courier Support as soon as possible. Courier Support will assist or reassign the order as necessary. 

Note: If you have accepted an order for delivery but cannot complete the delivery, failure to notify Caviar Support within 5 minutes after you accept that order is a violation of the Courier Agreement. Repeat offenses may result in contract termination.
