Missing Adjustments, Bonuses or Milestones

We’re happy to look into a milestone or other incentives if you have not received the pay. Before contacting Support, please be sure you've met all the criteria listed in the Milestone description, which may include order acceptance rate, pick-up neighborhood, specified vehicle type, or logged-on time during the milestone period. 

Please Note: Repeatable Milestones will not fully pay out to you until the Milestone period has ended, even if you've met all criteria sooner. For example, if a Milestone requires that you deliver 100 orders in a week, you will not see the Milestone as achieved in your app until the end of the week- even if you deliver 100 orders by Wednesday. For Milestones that aren't repeating, these will pay out as they are earned.
